ARBITRATION

Through Arbitration, we assist to resolve issues that reduce the influx of cases into the lower courts. We use the flexibility of “round table dialogue” as often used by community leaders, coupled with a strong emphasis on adhering to the Constitution and the Laws of the land.

LITIGATION

Through Litigation, we hold both the public and Private sector accountable to citizens and their communities. With a strong focus on Municipalities, Service Delivery and a Safe, clean, and healthy environment in which citizens live, work and play.
